This measure comes after reports from residents who are experiencing nuisance because motorists from the surrounding area are diverting to free parking spaces in the neighbourhood. Paid parking will now apply in the part of the neighbourhood indicated on the map, on working days between 9 am and 4 pm. In addition to the introduction of paid parking, there will be a trial scheme whereby the first hour of parking will cost only €1, in order to support local amenities.
Parking on campus
Are you coming to campus by car? There is ample parking on the university grounds. Do you come regularly by car? A parking subscription of €15 per month is often more economical: you will recoup the cost after just two days of parking per month.
