Public list of decisions week 14

Below you will find the list of decisions taken by the Executive Board in the week of 30 March 2026 (week 14).

2025th meeting, held on 30 March 2026 

  1. 2025 Annual Report and Accounts for Campus Detachering, Radboud University Holding and Radboud University Participations

    The Executive Board decided to:

    1. Approve the decisions made by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Campus Detachering B.V. and Radboud University Participations B.V. regarding the adoption of the 2025 financial statements;

    2. Mandate the Finance & Control division to file the annual financial statements for publication;

    3. Instruct the chair to adopt the 2025 financial statements of Radboud University Holding B.V. 

     

  2. Approval of the appointment of the Interim Director

    The Executive Board decided to approve the decision made by the Board of the Faculty of Law to appoint E.J.E.M. Houben as Interim Administrative Director for a period of one year, with effect from 15 August 2026.

  3. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Special Teaching and Research Remit

    The Executive Board decided that Prof. A.M. van Dulmen’s ‘Health Inequalities and Person-centred Integrated Primary Care’ special teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 January 2027, would be extended until the date of her retirement (currently scheduled for 5 May 2028).
