The Executive Board decided to grant Dr. P.J.M. van Gurp the ‘Patient Participation in Education and Training’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 June 2026.

The Executive Board decided to grant Dr. G.J. Huisman-de Waal the ‘Appropriate Surgical Care’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 June 2026.
Standardised language proficiency admission requirements
The Executive Board adopted the standardised language proficiency admission requirements for registration for the 2027/2028 academic year.
Panel composition for the educational inspection of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology
The Executive Board decided to approve the panel composition for the inspection of the Bachelor’s programme in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology and the Master’s programme in Anthropology and Development Studies.
Appointment of member to the Animal Welfare Body
The Executive Board decided to appoint Ms. D.J. Houwing as a member of the Animal Welfare Body, with retroactive effect from 1 March 2026.
Extension of the Faculty of Science teaching and research remit
The Executive Board decided that Prof. M.I. Katsnelson’s ‘Theory of Condensed Matter’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 31 May 2026, will be extended for a period of one year.
