- Follow-up accreditation of the new Master’s programme in Medical Data Science
The Executive Board:
1. Agreed to submit the New Study Programme Assessment for the Master’s programme in Medical Data Science, despite the lack of a positive funding decision, and to simultaneously revise and submit a renewed macro-efficiency application;
2. Stipulated as conditions that prior investigation was needed to determine whether a new application had potential and that the application could only be submitted if this was the case;
3. Decided to mandate the rector to agree to a new submission of the macro-efficiency file before the full Executive Board had made a decision, if she deemed this justified on the basis of the file and the circumstances;
4. Stipulated that, in the event of a negative macro-efficiency recommendation, the Board would be informed in a timely manner.
- Information security policy
The Executive Board adopted the policy for securing personal mobile devices and the policy for change management. The Board instructed the Chief Information Security Officer to translate the policy into procedures for implementation.
