1. Compensation for the Faculty Student Council
   The Executive Board decided that, as of 1 September 2025, the compensation for Faculty Student Council (FSC) members for the 2025-2026 academic year would be increased to EUR 3,000 per year and the compensation for the FSC chairs would be increased to EUR 3,682 per year. These increases were in anticipation of the revision of the Profiling Fund Regulations for the 2026-2028 period.
    
2. Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr J.F. Langenhuijsen the ‘Adrenal Surgery’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 September 2025.
    
3. Faculty of Science Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Prof. M. Baldus the ‘Spectroscopy and High Magnetic Fields’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 September 2025.
    
4. Faculty of Science Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr S. Lücker the ‘Applied and Environmental Microbiology’ teaching and research remit for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 September 2025.
    
5. Faculty of Science Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr W.C.E.P. Verberk the ‘Functional Ecology’ teaching and research remit for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 September 2025.
    
6. Faculty of Science Special Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr J.A. Heimel the ‘Vision and Behaviour’ special teaching and research remit for a period of three years, with effect from 1 September 2025.
    
7. iHub bridging finance
   The Executive Board proposed that funding be made available for iHub for 2026. A decision on iHub’s structural positioning and funding would be taken during 2026, possibly within the context of the new university strategy.
    
8. Code of Conduct for students
   The Executive Board adopted the Student Code of Conduct.
    
9. Appointment of radiation supervisor
   The Executive Board decided that M. Riet would be retroactively appointed Local Coordinating Expert for the FELIX Lab department with effect from 1 August 2025.
