- Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided to grant Dr. S. El Messaoudi the ‘Cardiovascular Inflammation and Prevention’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 September 2026. - Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided to grant Prof. J. Hermanides the ‘Anaesthesia and Value-based Health Care’ teaching and research remit for a period of five years, with effect from 1 September 2026. - Faculty of Law Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided to grant Dr. C.F. Perquin-Deelen the ‘Governance and Leadership’ knowledge exchange teaching and research remit for a period of two years, with effect from 1 September 2026. - Appointment of Nikhef board member
The Executive Board decided to appoint Prof. S.J. de Jong as a board member of Nikhef as a replacement for the Rector Magnificus, with effect from 17 August 2026. - Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided that Prof. H.F. de Leeuw’s ‘Neurovascular Diseases’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 September 2026, will be extended for a period of five years. - Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided that Prof. T. Nijenhuis’ ‘Rare Kidney Diseases’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 September 2026, will be extended for a period of five years. - Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit

The Executive Board decided that Prof. G.A.J.M. Rongen’s ‘Translational Cardiovascular Research’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 September 2026, will be extended for a period of five years. - Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided that Prof. L.A.B. Joosten’s ‘Mechanisms of Inflammatory Diseases’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 11 September 2026, will be extended for a period of one year. - Amendment to the decision regarding the Faculty of Law Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided that the change to the scope of Prof. M.B.A. van Hout’s ‘Formal Tax Law’ teaching and research remit will take effect on 1 September 2026 instead of 1 August 2026.
- Follow-up to the Addendum to the Policy Letter
The Executive Board decided to:
1. adopt the final 2027 Policy Letter;
2. adopt the addendum to the final 2027 Policy Letter and thereby implicitly approve the
allocation of the wage and price compensation and the budget transfers included therein;
3. send the final Policy Letter to the participational bodies;
4. send the final Policy Letter and the accompanying addendum to the faculties, the Donders
Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging, the Donders Institute, the Radboud Teachers Academy,
Radboud Services and the Administration Office;
5. inform the Supervisory Board separately about the proceedings and their outcome.
