1. Evaluation of the Radboud Summer School
   The Executive Board decided that the slimmed-down version of the 2025 Radboud Summer School and its corresponding financial structure would continue to be used from 2026 onwards.
   
   
2. Reflection on spring appraisals and meeting minutes
   The Executive Board took due note of the reflections on the spring appraisals and adopted the meeting minutes for these spring appraisals.
   
   
3. Registration regulations for the 2026/2027 academic year
   The Executive Board decided to adopt the registration regulations for the 2026/2027 academic year.
   
   
4. Nijmegen School of Management Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr V.D. Vriens the ‘Designing Responsible Organisations’ teaching and research remit for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 October 2025. 
   
   
5. Faculty of Social Sciences special Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr K. Nijhof the ‘Transformation in Specialist Youth Care’ special teaching and research remit for a period of three years, with effect from 1 October 2025.
   
   
6. Extension of Faculty of Law Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided that Prof. C.W.M. Lieverse’s ‘Financial Supervisory Law’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 November 2025, would be extended for a period of five years.
    
7. Extension of Faculty of Law Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided that Prof. C.J.S. Vrendenbarg’s ‘Civil Law, in Particular Intellectual Property Law’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 October 2025.
