Below you will find the list of decisions taken by the Executive Board in the week of 27 October 2025 (week 44).

  1. Faculty of Arts Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided to award Dr M. Broersma the ‘Second Language Acquisition: Linguistic and Communicative Skills’ teaching and research remit for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 December 2025.

  2. Faculty of Medical Sciences Special Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided to award Dr E.P.A. van der Heijden the ‘Trauma-related Hand Surgery’ special teaching and research remit for a period of three years, with effect from 1 November 2025.

  3. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Special Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. P.B. van der Nat’s ‘Value-driven Care’ special teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 November 2025, would be extended for a period of five years.
