1. Faculty of Science Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to grant Dr H. Zhou the ‘Translational Omics of Stem Cell Biology’ teaching and research remit for an indefinite period, with effect from 1 December 2025.
   
   
2. Demolition of Gele Vlieger
   The Executive Board decided to approve the demolition of the De Gele Vlieger building. 
   
   
3. Flexible Education and Top-Level Sport Action Plan
   The Executive Board approved the Flexible Education and Top-Level Sport Action Plan 3.0 and authorised the Head of Sport to sign the national Flexible Education and Top-Level Sport 2032 Agreement at the administrative signing ceremony on 28 November 2025.
   
   
4. Reappointment of dean
   The Executive Board decided to extend the appointment of Prof. S.J. de Jong as Dean of the Faculty of Science until 1 December 2025 for a period of four years.
   
   
5. Extension of Faculty of Law Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to extend the ‘European and Comparative Financial Law’ teaching and research remit granted to Prof. A.C.W. Pijls until 15 January 2026 for an indefinite period.
   
   
6. Extension of the Faculty of Science Special Teaching and Research Remit
   The Executive Board decided to extend the ‘Theoretical Organic Chemistry’ special teaching and research remit granted to Prof F.M. Bickelhaupt until 1 December 2025 for a period of five years.
