  1. Model Education and Examination Regulations for the 2026/2027 academic year
    The Executive Board adopted the Model Education and Examination Regulations for the 2026/2027 academic year.

  2. Review of the BWNU scheme and WW regulations from 2027 onwards
    The Executive Board decided that it would start to review the Netherlands Universities Enhanced Unemployment Scheme (BWNU) and the Unemployment Insurance Act (WW) regulations in 2027, so that the costs would be allocated to the areas where they could be modified and are financed.

  3. Appointment Advisory Committee for the Vice Dean
    The Executive Board decided to appoint an Appointment Advisory Committee for the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law. The committee consisted of the following persons:
    1.   Prof. P.M. Veder (M), Interim Dean of the Faculty of Law
    2.   Prof. P.E. Ernste (F), Professor at the Centre for Professional Legal Education and Associate Professor (UHD) of Civil Law
    3.   Dr K.M. Zwaan (F), Chair of the Programme Committee and Associate Professor (UHD) of Sociology of Law and Migration Law
    4.   Dr E.A.J. Nab (M), member of the Representative Council of the Faculty of Law and Assistant Professor of Criminal Law
    5.   D.J.T. Kievit (M), member of the Faculty of Law Student Council
    6.   S. de Groot-Jonkman (F), Administrative Director, Faculty of Law (advisory member)
    7.   Dr M.V.R. Snel (M), Director of Education (advisory member)
    8.   Prof. F.E.J. Beekhoven van den Boezem (M), Professor of Financial Law (advisory member)
    9.   Prof. H.G.J. Kaal (M), Vice Dean of Education, Faculty of Arts (advisory member)
    10. T. C. van Schendel (F) (LLM), Faculty Secretary
    The committee would advise on filling the vacancy for the Vice Dean of Education at the Faculty of Law. The position would be available from 1 March 2026.

     

  4. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. J. de Graaf’s ‘Professional Development in Postgraduate Medical Programmes’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of one year.
