Public list of decisions week 6

Below you will find the list of decisions taken by the Executive Board in the week of 2 February 2026 (week 6).

2018th meeting, held on 2 February 2026

  1. Internal Audit Service Spring Report
    The Executive Board approved the Internal Audit Service’s 2026 Spring Report and requested that the responsible directors take the necessary action where required.

  2. Radboud Social Cultural Research research assessment
    The Executive Board agreed with the stages that the Faculty of Social Sciences Faculty Board proposed for the research assessment and decision-making on the future of Radboud Social Cultural Research. The Board requested that the Faculty Board submit an action plan for this research assessment before 1 April 2026.

  3. Campus plan
    The Executive Board adopted the campus plan and the multi-year investment forecast for 2026.
  4. Appointment of Interim Administrative Director
    The Executive Board decided to retroactively approve the Faculty of Arts’ decision to appoint T. Booltink (Chartered Accountant) as Interim Administrative Director, with effect from 1 January 2026, for a period of six months or until the incumbent director was able to resume her duties.

    The Board also decided to instruct the Human Resources Division to draw up a procedure for interim appointments when the executive management regulations were renewed.

  5. Appointment of a member of the Examination Appeals Board
    The Executive Board decided to appoint Dr M. Tummers as an Examination Appeals Board member for a period of five years, with effect from 1 March 2026.

  6. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. E.H.J. van den Bogaard’s ‘Innovative and Experimental Translational Dermatology’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of five years.

  7. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. C.U. Greven’s ‘Environmental Sensitivity in Health’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of five years.

  8. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. S. Heskamp’s ‘Nuclear Imaging and Therapy in Immuno-oncology’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of five years.

  9. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. C.P. Rovers’ ‘Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of five years.

  10. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. N.A.J.M. Sommerdijk’s ‘Bone Biochemistry’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended to the date of his retirement (which was currently scheduled for 14 September 2030).
     
  11. Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
    The Executive Board decided that Prof. L.E.L.M. Vissers’ ‘Translational Genomics’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 March 2026, would be extended for a period of five years.
