- Protocol for the advisory and reporting centre for undesirable behaviour and integrity
The Executive Board decided to approve the amendments to the protocol for the advisory and reporting centre for undesirable behaviour and integrity and chose to adopt the protocol permanently. The Board would inform the University Joint Assembly (UGV) of this decision. - Special Teaching and Research Remit Faculty of Arts
The Executive Board decided to grant the ‘European Early Modern History of Ideas’ special teaching and research remit to Dr S. Fransen, for a period of three years, with retroactive effect from 1 February 2026. - Evaluation of new Risk Assessment and Evaluation Procedure
The Executive Board agreed with the recommendations made by the Risk Assessment and Evaluation Steering Group and would inform the Works Council of the findings.
- Extension of Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Remit
The Executive Board decided that Prof. B.J. Klevering’s ‘Ophthalmology’ teaching and research remit, which was due to end on 1 February 2026, would be extended with retroactive effect for a period of five years.
