The Radboud University Science Hub (WKRU) organized an interactive quiz in which the students could guess which fun-fact belonged to which researcher. We learned who has dinosaur poop in their cupboard (Coen van Galen), who is afraid of heights (Erno Hermans) and who had a lot of hobbies as a child (Béatrice Bonga). In the end, one student remained as the winner of the quiz and as such he, together with Rector Magnificus José Sanders, handed out the Radboud Science Awards to the winning researchers.
After the interesting lectures about stress in the brain, the history of slavery, and black holes, the young audience had the opportunity to ask all of their questions, which was done with great enthusiasm. For more information and an impression, visit the WKRU site.
