Radboud University is present at the Four Days Marches

During the Vierdaagsefeesten from July 13 to 19, besides music, party and good food, there is also room for some substance. Several Radboud scientists will show the best sides of their research in Nijmegen, including at STEK, at LUX and on the Mariënburgplein.

July 13: Mariënburgplein - Kidslab

The Mariënburgplein will be transformed into a laboratory for children. On Saturday you can participate in all kinds of experiments by Radboud scientists: puzzle along with an escape room about magnetism, program a robot and discover how microorganisms help purify wastewater. On Sunday and Monday you can test how well you can operate in the Radboudumc Kinder-OK and on Tuesday you can explore the universe in an inflatable planetarium.

July 16: alumni event Mariënburgplein

During this inspiring afternoon you can listen to a fascinating lecture by a leading Radboud researcher. Discover the latest insights and developments and get inspired. After the short lecture in filmhouse LUX there will be drinks on the Mariënburgplein.

Whole week: Radboud at STEK

Radboud Reflects and Radboud University program substance at city island STEK. Between concerts and workshops, Radboud scientists will give an accessible lecture on their field of study every evening between 19:30-20:00. How do people relate to the Waal? What did Nijmegen look like in Roman times? And how do people develop an emotional bond with a city?
