Radboud University is present at the Four Days Marches 2025

During the Vierdaagsefeesten from July 12 to 18, besides music, party and good food, there is also room for science. Several Radboud scientists will show the best sides of their research in Nijmegen, at STEK and on the Mariënburgplein.

July 12: Mariënburgplein - Kidslab

The Mariënburgplein will be transformed into a laboratory for children. On Saturday you can participate in all kinds of experiments by Radboud scientists. Program a robot, print your name in 3D, discover gravity, learn about your footprint, play with loose parts and learn to seperate waste like a pro professional! Check out the entire program.

All week: Radboud at STEK

Radboud Reflects and Radboud University program substance at city island STEK. Between concerts and workshops, Radboud scientists will give an accessible lecture on their field of study every evening between 17.45 -18.15. How can we coexist peacefully with wolves, beavers and badgers? How did an ordinary Nijmegen girl get involved in the Dutch version of the Hitler Jugend during World War II? And what kind of play stimulates children's development?

For further information, check the  Vierdaagsefeesten-app. Attending the lectures and participating in the experiments is free, and registration is not required.
