Radboud University signs the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment

Radboud University has signed the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment. With this, the university joins an international coalition of knowledge institutes committed to improving the way scientific research is assessed and valued.

The key principles of this agreement include:

  • Recognising diversity in scientific work and careers
  • Strengthening the emphasis on quality
  • Responsible use of quantitative forms of research assessment

Recognition and Rewards

This international initiative fits well with the Dutch programme on Recognition and Rewards, which Radboud University is working on together with Dutch universities and knowledge institutes.
