Research Contract European Parliament

The Centre for Migration Law, as a member of the Odysseus Network, has been awarded a contract by the European Parliament LIBE committee for a study on the European Commission's proposals as brought forward in the Legal migration package Attracting skills and talent to the EU.

The research will be led by Prof. Tesseltje de Lange and will performed in close cooperation with the Odysseus Network members

Radboud University colleagues Dr. Johan de Kruijf and Dr. Sybren Hardiek are also members of the network.

The report is due in December 2022 and will address among others the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposals, possible fundamental rights issues, and suggest alternatives.
