RSC alumni scheme 25-26

As of the academic year 2025-2026, the Alumni X+3 scheme will be discontinued. The X+1 and X+2 schemes will continue to exist, which means that alumni who graduated less than one year ago (X+1) or less than two years ago (X+2) are eligible for favorably priced subscriptions. The university, HBO or MBO institution from which you graduated affects this rate.

Over 80 different activities

Whichever type of RSC subscription for alumni you choose, you can always make unlimited use of all the available RSC activities.

Alumni subscription types

As of the new academic year, we are offering a third subscription type for alumni. Previously, alumni could choose between an annual or monthly subscription, but in order to spread the costs, as of the new season, alumni who meet the above X+1 or X+2 conditions will have the choice between an annual subscription, a fixed monthly subscription and a flexible monthly subscription.

Annual subscription alumni

  • Valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026
  • Prepay when concluding
  • Cheaper than a Fixed monthly subscription until the end of November

Fixed monthly subscription alumni

  • Flexible start date
  • Valid until 31 August 2026 (fixed end date)
  • Cannot be cancelled in the meantime
  • Pay by direct debit at the end of each month

Flexible monthly subscription alumni

  • Flexible start date
  • Possible until 31 August 2026 (final end date)
  • Membership for at least two consecutive calendar months, then can be cancelled monthly
  • Pay by direct debit at the end of the month

Rates

The following rates apply for the 2025-2026 academic year:

  • Alumni Radboud University, HAN and ROC Nijmegen X+1
    Annual subscription: € 227.50
    Fixed monthly subscription: € 24.50
    Flexible monthly subscription: € 31.00
  • Alumni Radboud University, HAN and ROC Nijmegen X+2
    Annual subscription: € 355.00
    Fixed monthly subscription: € 39.50
    Flexible monthly subscription: € 44.50
  • Alumni other WO/HBO/MBO X+1 and X+2
    Annual subscription: € 355.00
    Fixed monthly subscription: € 39.50
    Flexible monthly subscription: € 44.50

Existing alumni subscriptions

On 31 August 2025, all current alumni subscriptions will automatically expire. As of August 1, you can take out a subscription for the academic year 25/26 as an alumnus.

Taking out a subscription

If you wish to apply for membership, you will need to visit the RSC desk in the Gymnasion in person. Remember to bring a valid ID, a passport photo or your old student card and a copy of your diploma (which may also be stored on your mobile phone). You can collect your card the next working day by showing a valid proof of identity.

Annual membership can be paid at the RSC desk by debit card. The monthly sports fee for a monthly subscription will be deducted at the end of the month on the debit dates.
