What can you expect?
Each session is led by Sylvain and Cristiane, lasts 90 minutes and follows a set structure. We begin with two minutes of silence, followed by a few minutes of gentle, relaxed movement to help us settle in, loosen up the body, and start relax. We then delve into a theme which changes monthly, ranging from boundaries to change, and from gratitude to new beginnings. Guided by this theme, we explore, experience, and move together. You will have the opportunity to reflect on what the theme stirs up for you and, only if you wish, to share some of that with the group. Non-judgmental listening is central to this process; there is no right or wrong at RSC connects. We conclude the gathering with a short physical exercise and a moment of integration: What did you experience? What resonated with you, and what do you want to take with you?
What is the intention?
RSC connects is neither therapy nor training. It is an opportunity to be consciously present for 90 minutes, with yourself and with one another. Anyone who is curious, seeks connection, wants to slow down for a while, gain new insights, or simply enjoy a meaningful experience is welcome. You do not need any experience with meditation, yoga, or breathing exercises. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to prove; you simply need to be there.
Clothing advice
Come as you are and preferably wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It is a good idea to bring your own towel.
