On Monday 12 January, the campus is expected to be reachable, and exams will proceed as planned. The current weather forecast is for a code yellow for Gelderland, and (local) public transport is running according to schedule.

We are monitoring the situation continuously and will inform you via the website if the situation changes.

Impact on exams on Thursday, 8 January

Update 8 January, 7:30

There is currently a code yellow weather warning in place and public transport is running according to the (winter) timetable. Exams with a start time of 12:00 or later will therefore go ahead as planned.

As previously announced, all exams with a start time before 12:00 will be cancelled.

Update: 7 January, 19:00

Due to persistent bad weather conditions and uncertainty about the accessibility of the campus by public transport tomorrow morning, all exams with start times up to 12:00 noon are cancelled.

Whether this also applies to exams starting after 12:00 noon will be determined tomorrow morning. A final decision will be made by 7:30 a.m. at the latest.

Impact on exams on Wednesday, 7 January

Examinations starting at 12:45 (or a different time this afternoon) will proceed for those who can safely come to campus or are already on campus. Those who still need to leave or are on their way are advised not to come.

All examinations starting at 18:00 are cancelled.

We are looking for a suitable solution for those who have to miss one of these exams.

Impact on education

Please check with your programme. Your faculty will inform you of any changes to your education.

Campus accessibility

All buildings and facilities on the Radboud University campus will remain open for the time being, and every effort will be made to keep roads and paths as passable as possible. Due to the persistent snowfall, footpaths and cycle paths may be slippery in places. We ask everyone to take this into account and to be extra careful.
