This morning, a confused individual verbally abused a member of the housekeeping staff and subsequently vandalised the windows of the campus SPAR and the Refter. Security staff who responded to the situation were also targeted with stones. The police were called and apprehended the individual.
The security staff were unharmed, though the patrol vehicle sustained damage. The SPAR reopened later this morning.
