- Strength training: The aim of this training is to make your entire body stronger and fitter. In circuit form you work at multiple stations with different materials including kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, and elastic bands. Varied and challenging, but also ideal for gaining inspiration for your own training.
- Strength sport supporting: This ticket hour is intended for athletes who want to improve in their own sport and remain injury-free. Strength sports support is a mix of strength and coordination training where participants are expected to master the basics of barbell exercises.
- Neck, shoulder, back: The emphasis of this class is on injury prevention and managing neck, shoulder and back problems. In these very varied classes, you work in a group to improve posture, mobility, stability, and coordination.
Strength 60+
If you are a bit older, the two ticket hours below are also a good option:
- Strength training 60+: The aim of this lesson is to improve or maintain strength, muscle mass and vitality. You will work on the most important free strength exercises and learn, among other things, knee bending, deadlifting and bench pressing using kettlebells and the barbell.
- Strength technique 60+: You will learn to perform the most important 'free strength exercises' technically well. For the lower body you can think of the (split) squat, deadlift, hip thrust and kettlebell swing. We will work on the upper body with, among other things, the bench press, overhead press and the row.
