On 19 May 2025, a group of scholars from around the world gathered at Bentham House, UCL Faculty of Laws, to present their papers on the law and regulation of sustainable investment management in the United Kingdom, the Republic of China, India, The European Union, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and the United States of America.
The presenters learned a lot from one another, and fostered better mutual understanding, which is all the more important in times of geopolitical tension and radical change.
The papers will be published later this year in a special issue of the Capital Markets Law Journal (CMLJ) of Oxford University Press (guest editors: Danny Busch & Iris Chiu).
