Last week, we marked a festive milestone with the formal transfer of a valuable set of measurement equipment to our institute. The equipment, generously donated by Noldus IT and facilitated by Lucas Noldus in his dual role as special professor and entrepreneur, will significantly enhance both our research and teaching capabilities. The equipment includes eye trackers, physiological data acquisition systems, and a system for wireless sensing.
While no longer central to the company’s activities, the equipment represents a substantial asset for our academic work—one that would otherwise have been difficult to acquire. We are grateful for this thoughtful contribution, which highlights the strong connection between academia and industry.
