Final check before leaving the Erasmus Building
One last check to help ensure a smooth move to the Maria Montessori Building.
- Need it in the Maria Montessori Building? Pack your belongings and label your moving boxes with a sticker. Don't forget to pack your own keyboard and mouse as well.
- Personal belongings? Take them home with you.
- Facilities and faculty-owned items, such as furniture, hardware, and artwork, should remain where they are.
- Fill in the top half of the sticker on your office door so it is clear what should happen with the room.
- Return your office keys to the porter at the reception desk in the Erasmus Building lobby.
Update your email signature
Does your email signature mention the building where you work? If so, please update it to reflect your new location. Does an address or room number need to be updated on the website? To be on the safe side, please send an email to Team Recruitment and Communication with a link to the relevant page.
