Wellbeing Weeks at RSC

From Monday 2 February to Friday 13 February, Radboud University is organizing the Wellbeing Weeks. During this period, there is an extra focus on physical and mental well-being, with this year's theme being "Pause, Play, Perform." Of course, Radboud Sports & Culture is happy to contribute to this!

During the Wellbeing Weeks, you can participate in free workshops, lectures, and (creative) activities that can contribute to your well-being. Take time, relax, play, and strengthen yourself! View the complete program for Wellbeing Weeks 2026.

RSC Wellbeing Week Activities

Because we at Radboud Sports & Culture believe physical and mental well-being is very important, we are happy to contribute to the Wellbeing Weeks. The following activities will take place in the Gymnasion and are also open to RSC members:

Reservations

RSC members can reserve the above activities as ticket hours. Non-members can do this via the Wellbeing Weeks website.
