During this special yoga for the back, Charlotte will work with exercises designed to release tension in your back, relieve pain, and improve your posture. Stretching, strengthening exercises, relaxation, and meditation alternate so you give both your mind and body a pleasant reset. You do not need any yoga experience to participate.
Date and time
The special yoga for the back will take place on Friday 23 January from 16:00 to 18:00 in the Body & Mind room. RSC members can register for participation via the ticket system starting Friday 16 January at 16:00.
