Description of the ANBI’s purpose

The foundation’s purpose is:

  • To sustain Radboud University;
  • To promote that scientific practice which is of specific ideological or religious relevance;
  • To ensure that the university is given the academic freedom to carry out its teaching and research tasks;
  • To promote the well-being of all those who work at the university and all those who make use of the university’s provision of services;
  • The foundation is a non-profit organisation.

Remuneration policy

The Stichting Radboud Universiteit articles of association do not include a remuneration policy for the Executive Board or the Supervisory Board. In practice, this policy is determined by the legal frameworks of the Senior Executives in the Public and Semi-Public Sector (Standards for Remuneration) Act (WNT). The Stichitng Radboud Universiteit complies with the WNT. The Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities applies to all Radboud University staff members.
