In an interim feedback round, the researchers/project leaders already rated the new digital form as a considerable improvement. The final result was also very satisfactory; the students were even asked to present their final work twice. There was contact with Annemiek Arfman beforehand, which went smoothly. During the Think Tank period itself, there was mainly contact with two students on behalf of the group. This, too, went smoothly.

The collaboration focused on designing a central digital system for the Huygens Institute and the Meertens Institute, both institutes of the KNAW. This system responded to the problem that many researchers/research project leaders were reluctant to fill out a document identifying privacy risks in research projects.
