Policy and objective

Radboud University's Faculty of Law has been among the top law faculties in the Netherlands for years. Both in research and education, the faculty has a leading position. Its ambition is to build on this position in the coming years. The main objective is further internationalisation and attracting and retaining excellent researchers from the Netherlands and abroad.

The Stichting Rechtenalumni Nijmegen (SRN) was set up with the aim of supporting the faculty and its students in achieving its goals. The foundation offers the faculty, sections and institutes (financial) support in developing special activities that cannot be funded from the faculty's ordinary resources. The foundation's assets are formed by contributions from alumni, inheritances and donations, proceeds from the foundation's activities and other income. With the establishment of the foundation, the faculty has a central point for fundraising and (intangible) support to benefit the faculty.

Compensation policy

The board members receive no monetary or material remuneration for their efforts. The board meets four times a year to review incoming requests for donations.
