About Social Sciences
The Faculty of Social Sciences is a faculty of Radboud University. People and society form the focus of our work. In that framework we look at themes such as the human psyche and behaviour, artificial intelligence, education and upbringing, communication, society and culture.
Faculty strategy
In line with the university strategy 'A Significant Impact', the Faculty of Social Sciences has developed a faculty strategy with spearheads and ambitions for the coming years.
Faculty Board
The Faculty Board determines the direction the faculty as a whole will take. That direction is shaped in dialogue with the Faculty Joint Meeting (FGV) in which both staff and students are represented.

Participational bodies
There are various participatory bodies in the faculty in which both staff and students are represented. These bodies and committees support the Faculty Board in the shaping of strategy and policy.
Organisational structure
The Faculty of Social Sciences consists of a single educational institute with seven study programmes, three research institutes and diverse supporting services.
