Services
Academic ceremonies and conferences are held in the Aula, such as PhD defences, inaugural lectures and farewell lectures, but also the dies natalis, the New Year's speech and the opening of the academic year. The Registrar's Office is responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of academic ceremonies. For the reservation of rooms in the auditorium for conferences and other meetings, please contact the Registrar's Office directly.

The Aula is easily accessible from Nijmegen Central Station and Nijmegen Heyendaal Station.

Parking information
There are two parking spaces for disabled visitors next to the main entrance to the building.
The standard parking spaces for the Aula are located in P6, the Grotius Building car park. Paid parking applies on campus on working days between 07:00 and 18:00. To enter as a visitor, select a ticket using the green button on the screen. If you park for less than half an hour, you can leave the car park free of charge. Before you leave, pay the parking fee by debit or credit card at the payment terminal in the car park or at the barrier at the exit.
