You have lost your diploma or it has been damaged. Unfortunately, we do not issue a new diploma, but you can request or download a replacement document. This is done entirely via DUO. It does not matter in which year you obtained your diploma. Digital extracts are free of charge, a paper version costs €72.
Keep your DigiD log-in details nearby. Applying for a digital extract is done via DigiD or via an e-mail to diplomadiensten [at] duo.nl (diplomadiensten[at]duo[dot]nl).

I graduated before 1 January 1996
If you obtained your diploma before 1 January 1996, you can request a statement. Send an e-mail to diplomaservices [at] ru.nl (diplomaservices[at]ru[dot]nl) in which you mention your name and date of birth. You will then receive a web form on which you can fill in the required information. If you need a statement of examination for emigration purposes then please contact Diploma Services via +31 24 361 21 81.
- Received a post-initial master?
A post-initial master's degree is not included in the DUO diploma register. Please send an e-mail to centralstudentdesk [at] ru.nl (centralstudentdesk[at]ru[dot]nl) in which you mention your name and date of birth. You will then receive a web form on which you can fill in the required information.
