Radboud Reflects Professional's workshops for organisations offer a structured and in-depth conversation with all participants about an everyday dilemma in your professional practice.

In this interactive workshop, we look for questions behind a question. Led by an experienced discussion leader, examine an everyday dilemma in your professional practice. We examine underlying ideas that play a role in the dilemma. We do not go in search of concrete answers and tips, but look at which values are important to the participants. Everyone talks and thinks, the discussion leader guarantees a structured and in-depth conversation.

The 2-hour workshops can be given for 15 to 30 people. Get in touch and enquire about the possibilities.
