Education at CNR
Besides research, the Centre for Notarial Law is intensively engaged in providing academic education, particularly in the Notarial Law programme (Bachelor's and Master's).
In the vision of the Nijmegen law faculty, research and education are closely linked. In addition to research, the Centre for Notarial Law is also intensively engaged in providing academic education, particularly in the Notarial Law programme (Bachelor's and Master's). A large number of CNR researchers teach subjects related to the programme's key focus areas. A characteristic feature of Nijmegen's notarial programme is its broad focus on tax law and, with the subject Estate planning as a textbook example, its multidisciplinary approach. In the master's phase, as in research, the emphasis is on family property law.
