You are as a client not satisfied or have a complaint about the services that have been provided by Radboud University’s campus psychologists, you may acknowledge this by taking the following steps:
- Both the complaints procedure and mediation services for Radboud University’s campus psychologists are handled by Quasir.
- The contact details below can be used to lodge your complaint with Quasir. A Quasir Complaints Officer will then contact you within 48 hours.
- Quasir’s Complaints Officer will subsequently advise you and/or assist you in resolving your complaint.
