Courses European Reference Model Certificate
Do you wish to pursue a career abroad? With a certain combination of courses from the Bachelor's in Psychology and this Master's specialisation, it is possible to obtain the European (ENOP‐EAWOP) Reference Model certificate of Work and Organisational Psychology. This certificate is recognised by the European Network of Organisational and Work Psychologists (ENOP) and European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP).
About this study curriculum
This certificate requires a minimum of 18 EC of theoretical knowledge on an advanced level, divided over the areas of Work, Personnel and Organisation. Therefore, you need a mininum of 6 EC in Work, 6 EC in Personnel and 6 EC in Organisation. In addition, you will need a mininum of 12 EC in Skills.
