The Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) is a network of teachers and education professionals working together on educational innovation, educational research and teacher development and well-being. Learning with and from each other is central to this. Together, we form an educational community that focuses on continuous development and offers students a rich learning environment. We stimulate new initiatives and we bundle, support and share existing ones; online and during on campus meetings.
Our 'community centre': The Lecturers' lounge
The Lecturers' lounge at Thomas van Aquinostraat 1 is the meeting place for education lovers on campus. Every Thursday in the lunch break, soup is ready and we organise several activities for and by teachers there every month. The lounge can be booked via TLC [at] ru.nl (TLC[at]ru[dot]nl). For example, you can organise a team training or an educational design session with colleagues there.
