Student Information & Administration

The Central Student Desk is the central point of contact for all student enquiries regarding registration, enrolment, deregistration, tuition fees and various forms of student support, and also acts as a referral service.

The Student Admissions Team manages and carries out the processes surrounding enrolment and admission (including diploma evaluation) for all students who are not automatically eligible for admission. Other services include Pre-Arrival Services (visas, etc.) for regular international students.

The Student Information & Processes team consists of functional administrators of Osiris, Studielink, Kies op Maat, and other systems. This team ensures that these systems function and develop optimally, and ensures optimal coordination with faculty users.

Student Registration & Graduation is the team that supports all administrative processes relating to students. The team plays an important role in institutional communication with students. The team is divided into the sub-teams Central Student Administration and Diploma Services.
