Decision, Development and Psychopathology lab (D2P2)

Research group

In the Decision, Development, and PsychoPathology (D2P2) lab, we use a combination of behavioural decision-making tasks, neuroscience and process-tracing methods, and computational modelling to investigate and understand decision behaviour in healthy adults across development (with a focus on adolescence), and in clinical disorders. Most of our work uses controlled experimental designs. Our research is ultimately devoted to a better understanding the basic psychological and neural processes underlying different types of decisions (such as risky or intertemporal decisions) and associated (problematic) behaviours, potentially contributing to how we can help people make better decisions.
