Our lab explores the psychological and social dimensions of neurodiversity, with a particular focus on ADHD. We aim to broaden the understanding of neurodiversity by integrating biopsychosocial, societal and ecological models alongside biomedical frameworks, emphasizing the role of individual characteristics, social context and lived experience.

Research projects
Research
We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where all members, students, PhD researchers, postdocs, and senior staff, can thrive. Many of our team members bring expertise by experience, enriching our research and discussions. Beyond research, the lab serves as a collaborative space to exchange ideas, develop academic skills, and have fun. Inclusivity and respect for diverse needs and working styles are at the heart of our approach. Our work seeks to create meaningful societal impact by informing policies, practices, and public understanding of neurodiversity. We actively collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, including educators, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups, to ensure our research translates into real-world benefits. Together, we strive to advance knowledge while fostering a supportive and sparkling community, so we can all shine bright like a diamond (or a disco ball).
