Our method: effective design
- We start with an extensive needs analysis: what exactly is it you're looking for, what do you aim to achieve? What do you expect your learners to achieve, what learning experience will you offer them?
- From this emerge the learning outcomes, plus other 'environmental' aspects: place within the curriculum, target audience, work load, methods. These are the building blocks of effective design.
- Only then, with needs and blocks in hand, do we start designing, creating, testing, iterating. We always try to work with students, to obtain their perspective at the earliest opportunity.

- All steps are specific, you have a tangible result at the end of each step.
- We provide room for experimenting, literally in and around our office space, and also with new tech, new learning activities and new content.
- We assess and evaluate our joint effort. Lessons gleaned from this feed onward into subsequent projects or new cooperations.

Our office is located in the Erasmus Building, room E01.52. When you enter the building through the main entrance, take the stairs on the far right and go up one floor. When you enter the Study Centre (ESC), it is the door immediately on the left, next to the ESC desk.
