Useful programs for employees

Do you regularly work with documents you need to register and retrieve digitally (Corsa) or reliably sign digitally (ValidSign)?   Or do you want to format documents in the standard house style (Xential) or need a program for submitting and reviewing meeting documents (iBabs)? As an employee of Radboud University, you can have access to useful software for these tasks.

To learn more about our useful programs for employees, please contact us at  corsa [at] ru.nl (corsa[at]ru[dot]nl)

Xential

With Xential, you can create and use document templates in the standard house style, for example when creating letters or standardized forms.

ValidSign

You can use ValidSign to securely and digitally sign documents such as letters, employment contracts, or leases.

Corsa

Corsa is a document management system that allows you to register and access important documents securely. A major advantage  is that all registered documents are stored in one central location, making them easy to find.

iBabs

iBabs is designed to make meetings easier. For example, you can enter meeting documents so that they are visible to all participants in iBabs. The documents can also be read back to all those involved.
