Service Center is the customer contact center within Facility Management of Campus & Facilities. It is the first point of contact for questions concerning malfunctions in and around buildings, catering, meeting rooms and parking.
All staff, students, tenants and visitors of Radboud University can contact the Service Centre with questions, requests or reports about various services and activities on campus. An enthusiastic team of helpful colleagues will be happy to help you or put you in touch with the right person or department.
The Service Centre can be reached via three e-mail addresses covering all services:
- For all faults, reports and general questions: servicecentre-cf [at] ru.nl.
- For booking meeting rooms and catering: reserveringsbureau-cf [at] ru.nl.
- For all questions regarding parking on campus: parkeren-cf [at] ru.nl.
In addition, the Service Centre has one central telephone number that applies to all services: (024 36) 3 33 33. A menu will automatically direct you to the right employee.
Is there a malfunction or defect in or around the building? Report an urgent malfunction immediately by phone via (024 36) 33333. If the malfunction is not urgent, please fill in the malfunction form as completely as possible.

Of course, you can also visit the Service Centre. You can report to the reception desk in the hall of the Elinor Ostrom building. The doorman there may already be able to help you in some cases and, if not, refer you to the Service Centre on the third floor of the same building (EOS 03.110).

The Service Centre is part of the Campus & Facilities division. This division is responsible for developing and managing the facilities and amenities on campus.
