All staff, students, tenants and visitors of Radboud University can contact the Service Centre with questions, requests or reports about various services and activities on campus. Here you can, for example, report a malfunction in or near a building, request catering, reserve a meeting room or ask questions about parking on campus. An enthusiastic team of helpful colleagues will be happy to help you or put you in touch with the right person or department.

You can print, scan and copy anywhere on campus - regardless of the room or building where you study or work. You can retrieve your print job from any printer.

Whether it is the receipt and delivery of goods, the transport of a height-adjustable table with chair for exams, internal removals or return of home workstations; Campus & Facilities provides various transport services.
Simply submit a request via the transport request form and the Service Centre will coordinate with the executor, Campus Mobility & Logistics.

Lockers for use by staff and students are located at various places on campus. You can store your bag, laptop or other valuable items there: a safe temporary home for your belongings. If there is a malfunction you can contact the reception of:

Suppliers of Campus & Facilities can contact the Service Centre for access on campus, issuance of keys, etc.
Employees can contact the building manager for authorisation of their access card or keys to the building they are working in.

At the reception desk in each building, you can get information, issue keys, a temporary wifi code for guests, on-campus loan services, found objects and much more.
