Faculty of Arts - Executive Affairs Office

The Executive Affairs Office supports and safeguards the administrative structure of the Faculty of Arts and advises the faculty board on governance, decision-making and delegation of authority. In addition, the Executive Affairs Office monitors the quality and consistency of administrative processes and functions as a link between the board, the organisation and the participational bodies. The office houses the board secretary and the assistant secretary, the faculty secretariat, the archivist, the faculty PhD coordinator and the management assistants for research and education.
