The HR department provides client groups with HR client teams

In order to provide employees and supervisors within FdL with expert and professional support on issues in all areas of personnel and organisational development, HR works with HR client teams. All divisions and departments are divided into two HR client groups.

Each client group has been assigned three colleagues from HR; you can approach them with all your questions regarding HR. Together, they ensure an effective approach to HR services and guarantee the quality and continuity of these services.

The overview below shows which client group is supported by which HR client team, and which HR colleagues the teams consist of. You can find information like their contact details, working days and their offices on their personal profile pages. When it comes to issues regarding HR and organisation, the Faculty Board is supported by the HR manager.
