The research group Research in Education in Arts, Culture, History and Literature (REACH-Lit) focuses on teaching and learning in literature, arts and culture, and heritage, from primary to higher education. We look at teaching and learning practices, teaching materials, classroom context, and school organisation to better understand education in the humanities.
Members of the research group are committed to innovation in Higher Education, in association with the Comenius Network and the Teaching and Learning Centre. The research we conduct is closely connected to our educational master’s in Language and Culture and History and Art History. Within the Faculty of Arts, the Education Research group collaborates closely with the CLS-group working on Language Learning, Teaching and Testing.
