Research
Research is carried out in the Faculty of Law’s Research Centre for State and Law and covers the main areas of national and international constitutional law. The research is generalist in nature and predominantly focuses on positive law; it primarily aims to analyse existing and developing constitutional law. The research also has a strong comparative legal element. A particular focus of the research concerns institutional constitutional law: the system of government, the parliamentary system, the judiciary and decentralisation.
