Interaction Between National and International Law is a sub-programme that is offered by Radboud University’s Research Centre for State and Law (SteR) that focuses on the way in which interaction with the international and European legal orders affects Dutch legal order. The sub-programme subsequently looks at the role and significance of sovereignty as the basis of Dutch legal order.
