The Department of the Philosophy of Law conducts research within the Faculty of Law’s Research Centre for State and Law (SteR). Ongoing research focuses on a number of themes, including: the constitutionalisation of the role of political parties, the legitimacy of the court, the conservation of nature and the boundaries of technology.
